When will I receive my item?
Most items typically ship within 4–6 weeks.
Please note that international orders may require additional time for delivery. International taxes and duties will apply to all orders and will be the customers responsibility upon delivery.
Can I change or return my item?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that some items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes Bright Side apparel (check size charts for proper fit), personalized or made-to-order products, perishable goods, personal care items, and select pieces sold as-is from Eric Idle's original collection.If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just reach out. We're happy to help!
What shipping options are available?
Domestic orders of Eric Idle Collectibles will be shipped via FedEx Home, other items are shipped via UPS or USPS, and international shipments are handled by DHL.
Please note that we do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped according to our standard timelines.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking info to the email associated with your order, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
