We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes Bright Side apparel (check size charts for proper fit), personalized or made-to-order products, perishable goods, personal care items, and select pieces sold as-is from Eric Idle's original collection.If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just reach out. Domestic orders of Eric Idle Collectibles will be shipped via FedEx Home, other items are shipped via UPS or USPS, and international shipments are handled by DHL.

Please note that we do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped according to our standard timelines.
